What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone needs to communicate more effectively. Projects oftentimes derail because there is a missing piece in the communication of the project, and individuals or teams aren't on the same page.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, honesty, transparency, morals and less focus on shiny objects (e.g. pushing AI), and more focus on what's best for our business. They need to get back to the actual purpose of our software and stop trying to be something we're not.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?The company didnt respond for 3 weeks and a half when they said they would get back to me within 14 days. I has to reach out just to get things moving.
