Cohesity was a great company with a fantastic culture. New leadership that came onboard over the past year has completely undone what set Cohesity apart. Dark days ahead until someone steps in and ends the nepotism.

They are good people and leaders that want to build a great company. What I like best about the leadership team is their integrity and desire to do right by their employees. I also really appreciate their transparency and communication by holding monthly All hands.

Communication, honesty, transparency, morals and less focus on shiny objects (e.g. pushing AI), and more focus on what's best for our business. They need to get back to the actual purpose of our software and stop trying to be something we're not.

Revolving door leadership 4+ years. C- rating on this company culture, clearly the leadership does not want to get better.
Leadership team dictates, they don't lead. They are scared of the CEO Mohit who would fired 15+ leaders. Just go look at all the VPs, Directors, and CXO's that have "left" the company over the last 4 years.
Eliminate the command and control culture. Or, at least be very honest with people when they interview.
WLB, team handling. Actually help your reporters and not be patronizing
Leading. Very dictator type leadership. Hollow, insincere, optic centric actions with "check the box" PC messaging like "respect, inclusiveness, culture". The turnover in this company is long and large. If you look just a bit closely you can see the place is a revolving door.
Promote withing and stop letting new VP's bring in management from their previous companies, it's not fair to the people that have been there since stealth mode not be promoted.
