Everyone is just trying to do their best
there is no fire anymore. people are just waiting to get a package.
Focus on the business. Hard working.
Engaging and collaborative people, willing to share and teach each other.
Working collectively and creating new ways to be effective.
The field people - sales and engineering are very collaborative and energized, team approach
The entire team is great, until you get to the VP level, then the command and control, fear element is very present. Lots of bosses no leaders.
Most staff meetings start off with a personal check-in question -- leading with the people aspect before jumping into work work work.
Command and control. Company meeting = receive your marching orders and do not dissent or add a thought or you will get fired.
Work , intelligent peoples , time consuming

Everyone is happy to help each other.
Some teams are still holding up, of course, it depends who is the VP your group, they will either promote within or just brush you off and bring in their own people.

technically competitive and down to earth.

In some functions there are people who know the best practices but the marching orders are to move fast sometimes without coordination
Funny, intelligent, hard working. Very supportive.
They are willing to work hard at the last minute.
Everyone needs to communicate more effectively. Projects oftentimes derail because there is a missing piece in the communication of the project, and individuals or teams aren't on the same page.
The Engineering staff rules the world. It is not diverse and one person can impact your customer, your job and the perception of you by other co-workers. You can be ignored for weeks and then expected to answer a phone call from another timezone after midnight in your timezone.
need to show more care
Coworkers are great. But the culture of fear created by a dictator leadership has everyone completely stressed and jumpy.
Stop be patronizing to the junior engineers. They are learning too. You guys took years to learn the same thing as well.
Stop blaming people for your shortcomings. We need to work as one team. This is not the case in sales and marketing.
