What is the PTO policy at Datto?
Except from statutory holiday, "Unlimited" in the sense that you can take as much as your manager agrees to, so technically none.

What's the company culture like at Datto?
Unfortunately a lot of line managers/supervisors talk to staff like they're children. Pandering to vocal minorities, getting too involved in gender and race politics which may not apply or be socially acceptable in all places in which the company operates.
Energetic and welcoming. The culture here is the best part!

How flexible is your work schedule at Datto?
It depends on your direct manager but generally, Datto has a flexible work schedule as long as you stay productive. It is important to communicate in advance with your manager of course and coordinate with people on your team.
