The company has lost its culture since going public, but it is disguised as the effect of WFH. Everyone is underpaid, the lower your position the worse. Management only cares about numbers, never listen to employee feedback

Datto is a place where you can have a big impact. Despite it's rapid growth, you can be on a first name basis with leadership team. They really care about the employees and show it regularly in a variety of different ways. The best company culture I've experienced to date.

The salary is very competitive!

We are paid as basic entry level support reps, but handle much more important, and complex tasks. What we do as "Level 1" would be considered "Level 2" or even "Level 3" anywhere else. Miniscule raises, told "no cost of living increase" during pandemic, and benefits/perks cut without reimbursement
