Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid as basic entry level support reps, but handle much more important, and complex tasks. What we do as "Level 1" would be considered "Level 2" or even "Level 3" anywhere else. Miniscule raises, told "no cost of living increase" during pandemic, and benefits/perks cut without reimbursement
