They are values driven for sure. They look out for our customers and that trickles down to all facets of how we interact with them.
The highest level is fine, but from the Chief Officers in Customer Care down there are issues. When the Chief Customer Officer travels to other locations, he does not meet with the staff. Meets with his same team that he brings with him. Chief Careless!
