- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We are paid as basic entry level support reps, but handle much more important, and complex tasks. What we do as "Level 1" would be considered "Level 2" or even "Level 3" anywhere else. Miniscule raises, told "no cost of living increase" during pandemic, and benefits/perks cut without reimbursement
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?they need to listen to the employees, be more transparent, value their employees better
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?The bureaucracy added by increased layers of management makes no sense, nor are the managers knowledgeable on any subject except alcohol.
