Repetitive, disorganized, lack leadership, and always the feeling that this is just a job a stepping stone to a career. I do speak however of the department I work within. Not the company as a whole.

There does exist stronly a sense that upper management and executives are trying to create a corporate atmosphere that makes for a great workplace. I wish only the workforce was included on such discussions because what the employees want isn't in line with what execs think we want.

Leadership team is fun, and easy going. However, while such attributes are welcomed with friends, the qualities I look for but are vacant here are in leadership is follow through, maturity, disorganization, gossipy culture, and no real accountability. I want a career, this is the feel of just a job,
