Company has no idea whats going on
Culture, yhey value employees and customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything their attitude way they talk to people
Managing the dock, moving people around effectively to different environments. Better loading procedure.
Leadership and management and make time for the employees. To many meetings all the time
Training there new employees properly.
Middle management is promoted by unquestioning loyalty. All meetings are sent out at "meetings in a box". Managers are strongly discouraged from independent thought. They hear over and over again "Run the play". The company actively discourages leadership in all mid managment positions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good pay but reducing head count and moving jobs to accenture team in india causes the same roles to take on more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase my compensation currently i am underpaid and over utilized
Have a base range based on sales, not seniority. Implement a timeline of length to comp plan and base raises.
Employers that understand mental health
Yes. They are in no rush to transition you to the comp plan
The compensation for the role and title is nearly half as much as the rest of the industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some of the most Friendly and supportive coworkers

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Allow drivers to have real input instead of making them feel expendable
work together then against each other
Pretty much just Respect and common sense.
I think my coworkers would benefit from better training on stacking pallets without having a lot of damage.

I love the positive feed back from my team members.

Gives leadership in the work you do. The assignments are independent with no outside influence. Everyone is friendly
We are all about safety in all ways
We have a set of cultural beliefs and expect everyone to live up to those beliefs.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
COmpany has no regard for employees or customers. Just Stock holders. At the begining of ourmeetings we review stock value.
More money less lies managers who know how to do their job and holding everyone accountable
The amount of items in a truck can be bit excessive
Communication to much separation and trust issues
Leadership communication and holding drivers responsible for their duties

I enjoyed the openess and insite that my manager gave me.

It felt like I was just having a conversation.
It was transparent with the questions asked and was not intimidating or too intense

It could use some improving with letting the person know that all the video with how important it is to make sute place is clean a joke

Doing my job and helping my customers succeed.
My team and the departments I get to work with. Leadership is also a huge plus
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Load the trucks better and treat their stuff with respect
No management or supervision wharehouse wide
I think looking to hire more experienced people by paying better and by getting scanners instead of the headsets we use know
Stock holders are first in all things. Customers second and employees comletely disposable. Revers this order.
