Company has no idea whats going on
Culture, yhey value employees and customers
Everything their attitude way they talk to people
Managing the dock, moving people around effectively to different environments. Better loading procedure.
Leadership and management and make time for the employees. To many meetings all the time
Training there new employees properly.
Middle management is promoted by unquestioning loyalty. All meetings are sent out at "meetings in a box". Managers are strongly discouraged from independent thought. They hear over and over again "Run the play". The company actively discourages leadership in all mid managment positions.
Good pay but reducing head count and moving jobs to accenture team in india causes the same roles to take on more.

Have a base range based on sales, not seniority. Implement a timeline of length to comp plan and base raises.

Yes. They are in no rush to transition you to the comp plan

More money less lies managers who know how to do their job and holding everyone accountable
