There does exist stronly a sense that upper management and executives are trying to create a corporate atmosphere that makes for a great workplace. I wish only the workforce was included on such discussions because what the employees want isn't in line with what execs think we want.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
COmpany has no regard for employees or customers. Just Stock holders. At the begining of ourmeetings we review stock value.
More money less lies managers who know how to do their job and holding everyone accountable
The amount of items in a truck can be bit excessive
Communication to much separation and trust issues
Leadership communication and holding drivers responsible for their duties
Do not promote sales reps to president it will fail every time
The company was great before it went public. Once that happened it stopped being about customer relationships and became all about stock price.
