Communication,Hospitality and the ability to solve problems

Approachable, and easy to communicate with.

They listen! They're hands on! They're not afraid to get in a delivery truck and work a route with a driver to deliver groceries, or jump on a pallet jack and help in the warehouse. They meet the customers, welcome new team members, they are ENGAGED!!

They do seem to care the immediate managers the upper management is just about the bottom dollar

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything their attitude way they talk to people

Managing the dock, moving people around effectively to different environments. Better loading procedure.

Leadership and management and make time for the employees. To many meetings all the time

Training there new employees properly.

Middle management is promoted by unquestioning loyalty. All meetings are sent out at "meetings in a box". Managers are strongly discouraged from independent thought. They hear over and over again "Run the play". The company actively discourages leadership in all mid managment positions.

Everything all around. Treat all employees the same no matter how long someone has worked there or who does their job at a higher rate. Make examples out of people who break the rules. Stop looking the other way because you like the employee/employees

Everything they dont know hiw to really be there for they associate

Changing they way they think about people.

Training and communicating and not trying to make a new employee that doesn't know what's going on seem like the one at fault. Such a nightmare.

Hire management personal with brains an not a bunch Monday quarterbacks

Treating their workforce fairly. Everyone should get audited the same, too many times only one person gets audited each month. It can take its toll on a person

i really dont know the leadership team, i dont have to interact with them on a daily
