Our branch was acquired by US Foods. Over the last few years, the leaders from the old company have all slowly disappeared. They are let go and given a nondisclosure agreement with a check attatched.

Learn better customer relations, job about more than just getting groceries off the truck
Not looking for my mistakes, instead they need to look for ways to help. Too much effort goes into excuses to not help me or get work done. I'm left to do it all by myself and that labels me as the team workhorse, so everyone sends their work to me to get done, while they do nothing.

Management is the biggest issue - micromanaging ridiculous things like dress code in an office setting when there is no long range planning.
