More money less lies managers who know how to do their job and holding everyone accountable
Everything all around. Treat all employees the same no matter how long someone has worked there or who does their job at a higher rate. Make examples out of people who break the rules. Stop looking the other way because you like the employee/employees
I feel undervalued because one of the company motto's is to talk straight and management doesnt do it. They lie to us about things then when we talk straight we get the short end of the stick for being open and honest about how we feel about things going on
