I worked there for 5 almost 6 years and the worked me like a dog and fired me a few weeks after i tested positive for covid I needed more than 5 days to recover and they made me take a fmla leave. Also they didn't make me show proof of a negative test to come back.

Everything all around. Treat all employees the same no matter how long someone has worked there or who does their job at a higher rate. Make examples out of people who break the rules. Stop looking the other way because you like the employee/employees

I feel undervalued because one of the company motto's is to talk straight and management doesnt do it. They lie to us about things then when we talk straight we get the short end of the stick for being open and honest about how we feel about things going on
