Bonus doesn't feel out of reach. Monthly stipend towards WFH expenses (phone + internet).
Working with such talented people who I genuinely consider friends. Feeling supported while allowed to be autonomous, being told to do whatever I need to do to make WFH successful.
Not to be corny, but I've never worked with such good people as at WWW. Lovely, funny, smart, helpful, hard-working people who want to do a really phenomenal job, and then go have a life outside of work.
Really, really, really, REALLY good people. The new People Team (who came in a couple of years ago) have really raised the bar in terms of what we expect of the company, and the higher expectations they want us to have!
A good mix of those who have been with the company for 5+ years, 10+ years, and newer faces with different perspectives. Senior leaders do feel accessible, it's nice to feel like you are welcome to randomly Slack anyone at the company to share a link or have a chat, and it's not weird!
