Appointment scheduling system is broken. Schedulers are allowed one day for appointments. Customer is forced to take the slot or call back each day hoping for an opening. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THIS FROM AN INSURANCE AND HOSPITAL SYSTEM CEO WHO HAD PATIENT SCHEDULE OPERATIONS FOR 40 YEARS.
