What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All of it, company is going downhill and fast
The culture of blame is rampant. Instead of looking for whom to blame, look for the reasons behind the outcomes. The backdoor channels of communication are also very unhealthy. A direct and professional approach is much needed instead of complaining to the CEO.
