They are very personable and open to hearing from employees. They might not agree with what we say, but at least they will listen! :D

I believe the company should match 401(k) contributions for those who make more than 100k. Also, I do not think the company is raising wages at pace with inflation. What I make now is less compared to when I joined 5 years ago, in real dollars.
