The interview process at my on-boarding was a fairly benign experience because my work experience was already known by the company and individuals I would be working with.

I feel I am fairly compensated, but my biggest pros are most likely the employer 401k 30% match and the scholarship program that helps to supplement our dependent's college tuition.

The challenge of the work I do, the respect for the work that I do, and the flexibility involved that allows me the ability to shift for needs of our family and flex my work time to compensate.

Everyone encourages and respects each others' personal time around work and time off. Our company believes is a good work/life balance, encourages everyone to use their PTO, and respects that time away from work and will not disrespect that time off or with family.
