Learning something new - which is every day
There is a mutual respect for everyone's work life balance. I love the non-work related Slack channels where people have a support network to rely and help one another.
I like the clear communication on topics that aren't easy to discuss. There isn't sugar coating and it's direct, to the point. I understand complete transparency isn't possible/necessary. But the level of transparency we get as employees is the best I've had in a long time.
Everyone genuinely cares about each other. Not just professionally, but personally. Sharing things they did over the weekend in Slack. Cheering each other on when they are having a hard day. Being someone who works far from my team members, I love how I feel virtually connected and included.
The timing of sales comp. I've worked at other companies where it's paid 1x per year. It was awful! Also, the amount wasn't correct or paid on time. So far, everything has been perfect. Which in hindsight is really sad, but yeah - getting paid quarterly, the correct amount, and on time.
