Customer Care; called five times and was on hold in excess of 45 minutes before hanging up. Sent emails, SMS, put my number in for a call back they never reached out to me.
Ive been trying to cancel since December of 2021. I have yet to receive a call back or the paperwork that was to be emailed to me.
Love the environment, everyone is friendly.

I enjoy the willingness for improvement and change. The company is a veteran in the industry but doesn't let itself become old news. The importance of employee morale and engagement has been brought to the forefront of Ackerman's mission.
