Ameritas executives are absolutely tone deaf. They pay minimal salaries, they expect maximum work hours, and they offer substandard benefits compared to other employers in the area. I would not recommend the company to any prospective employees.
Company is headquartered in Lincoln, NE. If you don't live or want to relocate to company HQ's then your career will be limited. Executive staff has not made appearances to other locations for over 2-3 years. So this is pre-Covid experience.
Continually changing management and laying off workers.
