Everyone is so appreciative. People work hard, but the leadership team and your peers notice, call it out and are very thankful. It makes the hard work worth it.

Striking the balance between working hard and playin hard -- when companies over-rotate on one or the other it never works. Amplitude does a good job with this balance.
