What do you like best about the leadership team?
Experienced in various areas of business and highly intelligent
Talented, motivated, transparent, empowering, sharing
Super sharp people overall and a great mix of leaders who have done this before and those who are doing it the first time. It is allowing the company to make calculated bets to help with scaling.
Our leadership team is on the same page in terms of strategy and key priorities. Communication from leadership is clear, concise and frequent.

Realistic goal setting, solid priorities, planning before quarter, taking care of team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options are fairly granted
Cash compensation is market rate, equity is not
Base pay is competitive. RSU grants feel equitable. Monthly snackboxes, productivity stipends have been great.
The total compensation package matches industry standards for companies larger than ours.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good benefits and some really amazing team members
There are care packages and monthly snack packs
High degree of accountability across the board. There is extreme willingness on everyone's part (top down) to accept when things haven't worked and active efforts to change things.
While there is definitely a bias for action, the environment is one of humble collaboration and focus on solving problems together.

I had the opportunity to meet with almost every executive leader.

They trusted my abilities and didn't spend massive amounts of time focused on highly tactical questions, instead it felt like they wanted to understand me more deeply.
