I love my team and department, and my days are creative, collaborative, and supported. I don't think this is always consistent across the company, however, and the playing field needs to be leveled by leadership. Some people are deeply unhappy/working for unsupportive/disrespectful managers.

I feel supported and challenged. The benefits are terrible, especially when it comes to family leave. That's probably the one thing in the back of my mind that would make me pursue work elsewhere.

I feel like I have autonomy over my team and my work, but I can get additional support if needed (and if I ask for it).

Developing relationships with colleagues, even over Zoom and Google Meet, who are kind, respectful, and treat coworkers like people first, and not like staff who exist only to support a business goal.

I love talking to my colleagues on my team each day. Even in a remote setting, we feel close and are invested in each other's personal lives as well as professional success.

I think we offer competitive wages once you get into senior level positions. Arizent's entry- and mid-level roles are less competitively paid, which is creating challenges for us when it come to staffing.

Our team is a very work-hard/play-hard vibe, and we are all mutually committed to doing great work and maintaining a work-life balance. It helps us stay motivated and focused as a team, and makes for a collaborative environment.

The leadership team is very focused on communicating with the rest of the company. Of course, at times those efforts are successful and other times less so, but I genuinely believe that the leadership team wants to build the best, most pro-employee company possible.

They are accessible and talk to their employees like humans. I feel like I can be open and honest with them, and provide feedback that might not be what they want to hear, but they are always receptive and want to actually know what's going on at the company.

My team is supportive and open, very smart and fun to work with. Most of the departments we collaborate with share those attributes. Some departments/people with longer roots at the company fail to adapt to new culture and kind ways of working, and I wish leadership would address existing bullies.
