What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better long term planning vs jumping from one urgent project to another. This seems to have improved with 2022 planning, hopefully it will continue.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got a raise but it was 1% of my pay i have been here for 3 years and the one thing tbat is making me look elsewhere is because of the pay not keeping up w the rising market , even a bonus at then end of the year or some compensation per year

I feel that our company could provide better benefit packages and training to choose good benefits. The 401k match needs to be larger, 2% is below industry standard. Maternity/paternity leave needs to be longer, our benefits are bare minimum across the board.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive team focus, which seems to be improving. However some past decisions and ways of operating by people who may have left still have repercussions for working teams and there isn't recognition of things that went wrong there and how they still affect work.
