Good respect for work/life balance. An embrace of the remote work culture and proper support for those of us who are within range of the NYC office but for various reasons prefer to (or need to) stay remote.

Better long term planning vs jumping from one urgent project to another. This seems to have improved with 2022 planning, hopefully it will continue.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The expectations are generally fair but still challenging. There is always an understanding of the needs of our home life and how that increasingly overlaps or conflicts with work life. Arizent strikes the right balance.

Being respected and treated fairly. Transparency is always good, and that seems to have improved lately.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive team focus, which seems to be improving. However some past decisions and ways of operating by people who may have left still have repercussions for working teams and there isn't recognition of things that went wrong there and how they still affect work.
