They take pride in their work.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being respected and treated fairly. Transparency is always good, and that seems to have improved lately.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The expectations are generally fair but still challenging. There is always an understanding of the needs of our home life and how that increasingly overlaps or conflicts with work life. Arizent strikes the right balance.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Good respect for work/life balance. An embrace of the remote work culture and proper support for those of us who are within range of the NYC office but for various reasons prefer to (or need to) stay remote.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
