Our team works well together, but everyone also takes responsibility for their own work.

Be more proactive about retention efforts, and recognizing the workload staff are currently shouldering.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The length of time I've gone without a serious raise, and knowing what people in similar positions make, leads me to believe I'm underpaid. What would make me feel better about my compensation would be more of it!
