Overall company expectations are good. The mamagers lack essential skills. Are defensive when questioned and make unfair, biast decisions. If only BHP could employ managers with a high level of external experience that can actually work with people and endure their actions adhere to BHP policies.

Actions as per discussed. Can and enjoys working with people. Unbiased opinions. Understanding the skill set within each team. Refrain from being defensive. Allow the door to be open should one feel umcomfotable about discussing issues with one up.

STI was not assessed fairly. When discussed, supervisors were defensive. STI has a rob Peter to pay Paul mentality. This stategy should only be followed when one under performs. It then becomes a case of getting the amount as per supervisor/managers discretion which has proven to be unfair.
