Bellingham,Ma location is ran by adults who never grew up from high school letting emotions get in the way of actual fair treatment of staff. Mangers and supervisors are hypocritical. Where some people can get away with being on there phone all day while others are working unprofessional buissnes.
I work part time so I dont use any
I get treated differently . My boss docks my hours , and only my hours, if i dont get to work at 6:10. I am a mother of school children too. My boss knows i have financial difficulties yet she cuts 2 hours of my day. Nobody else gets scolded if they are late. I have seen many others late and its ok!

The director will sit down with you and just talk and ask questions. She will also tell you what the job entails. Then you will go to the back play yards to visit them and feel what it's like.
