Seems like they try their best, but once everyone is on the floor, all that "try" gets lost to the day to day, and they don't pay attention or choose not towhat's going on.
Listening to employees and not micromanaging
It is a stepping stone to greater things. I have learned a great deal, but it now seems as though the company is stuck in a rut that we need to be pulled out of.
Not good. Management was disconnected and clueless with no good long term view. Very much a hire and fire company
