I came to work at CIVIC due to the reputation with their employees. I thought the success of the Culture was a myth. Having been here now almost 2 years I can tell you I have never been happier and will be a part of CIVIC for the foreseeable future.

When I interviewed I though it was a show to bring me on. I have come to find out what I thought was a show was really how everyone was on a daily basis. CIVIC has changed the way I look at and think about the mortgage space and will always be the benchmark moving forward.

I am most happy when I am able to help remove obstacles with files that are tough. I love helping my reps succeed.

My comp package is built so that I strive to hit higher tiers and receive bonus. Also, with my position I am incentivized higher when my team does better.

Even through we are smack in the middle of COVID I still feel connected with my team. From the shout outs to the daily Pulse I feel connected all the time.

My leadership team is all about finding ways to keep our company competitive in the market as well as making me as an employee feel like I am the most important part of CIVIC.

Where do I start. Our core values are the benchmark that drives our team. I find that I am living our core values outside of the company and taking this culture with me everywhere I go.

My leadership team is very clear about their direction with myself and the direction the company is going. They are open to feedback and welcome my ideas for growth and ways to make CIVIC a better company.

First I have never had a company in the space offer a matching 401k or the availability of health insurance options. Also, the way our comp plan is on the sales side I am in 100% control of my procing options.

The majority of them will go out of the way to make things work when things are not working. There is a collaborative team spirit across all departments. Having access to our UW team is a huge plus in helping files move along or get questions answered.

That's is just it. Our culture in general is positive and that breeds more positivity. Even when we are behind in production, there is a positive message that comes with the expectation of meeting goals. Our core values is the soul of the company and to have as many people live by them is awesome
