What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO is very generous upon hire. KPI bonuses are nice as well.

The bonus opportunity for hitting certain targets and goals. It really pushes my performance and allows me to grow. Our benefits are also amazing - how many companies vest immediately? Or contribute to your HSA account? It's wonderful!

My team is full of bright, smart, forward thinking individuals that bring so many different dynamics to the table. We work well together and a bonus is I like them all! And I think they like me? :)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is the first company where I've felt I can be 100% myself and not fear I'm being judged or doing something wrong. My experience is that the culture is diverse and welcoming of all types of people. You can feel that.

That we are first, our interests and professional (as well as personal) aspirations are important and we are invested in. I am motivated and even urged to take development courses in whatever area I want. Although work is important, Civic also vouches for my personal wellbeing.

What makes you most happy at work?
I always tell people this is my dream job. It isn't necessarily the work I do but who I do it for that makes it all worth it. I'm happy I found Civic because I was close to losing hope that companies like this existed.
