What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone truly cares about one another. The company goes above and beyond for its employees.

Everyone is super supportive and willing to step-in when there is a need. I've never worked with such caring individuals at previous companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that my manager actually cares about what I'm getting paid and fights for me to receive increases in pay. My managers at past companies I have worked at have never cared that much.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CIVIC truly cares about its people. For example, when we had to switch over to new insurance benefits that were generally more expensive, our President and CEO covered the difference in pay for the employees who transitioned to a more expensive insurance plan.
