What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't yet made commission as I'm new; however, I like the set up being a percentage of everything my AE brings to the table. It is a great motivator for me to help him excel.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that some employees at CIVIC are paid for the number of years with the company and not necessarily what they do and the work they produce. Re-evaluating pay based on work and not years would make things fairer. Nonetheless, I am grateful to be with such an amazing company!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I respect most about Civic is its giving heart. Getting a chance to be a part of the Civic State of the Union gave me real insight about company values. I love that its core is giving. You can't expect to profit or gain humility without giving.
