The most positive thing about the culture and environment at CIVIC is that everyone shares common core values which allows everyone to do their best work and be happy.

My favorite thing about the leadership team at CIVIC is their continued commitment to communicate clearly with ALL employees in the organization regardless of what level they may be at. CIVIC leaders CARE and always put the employee's best interests first.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the most excited about going to work is that each day I am faced with countless opportunities to learn something new and grow as an individual. I enjoy working as a team to problem solve and execute many projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that some employees at CIVIC are paid for the number of years with the company and not necessarily what they do and the work they produce. Re-evaluating pay based on work and not years would make things fairer. Nonetheless, I am grateful to be with such an amazing company!

One thing I like about my team is everyone's willingness to help and provide support.
