They aren't just bosses, and colleagues, but friends. They genuinely care for their team and not just their work output. When they need to be a leader and delegate they do, but they are thoughtful, courteous, and intentional with direction. As it should be.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
If I'm being honest, base is low but I think commissions will be great!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
inflation mixed with rapidly rising rents/mortgage rates. The compensation WAS fair. Now its questionable.

As a new employee, the best part if their ability to get back to me quickly when I have questions and always with a happy attitude

We are all united in the same goals, never take a oppositional stance to one another, and work together to solve the problem each time without placing blame. We are even more of a group of friends and family than a team on the AMG/ServRight initiative.
