Everyone is always supportive, detail-oriented, united, and courteous in everything we do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO package and the additional company holidays like the day after Thanksgiving make all the difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They aren't just bosses, and colleagues, but friends. They genuinely care for their team and not just their work output. When they need to be a leader and delegate they do, but they are thoughtful, courteous, and intentional with direction. As it should be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all united in the same goals, never take a oppositional stance to one another, and work together to solve the problem each time without placing blame. We are even more of a group of friends and family than a team on the AMG/ServRight initiative.
