The understanding that it starts and begins with the people in and outside of our business being the most important part of the puzzle.

The people. From leadership to my team, its a group of people I'm very happy to spend 8 hours of my day with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is not only fair but well explained on where it can go in the future should I accomplish my quarterly KPIs. It is transparent and up to me to hit.

We have a deep understanding of living our purpose and core values which helps everyone work and collaborate well together. Plus they're simply some of the brightest people in the industry.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The clear message from the company that they have many avenues for us to grow in our career and personally. The many channels to communicate across the organization and all the way to the top is simple and easy. Our CORE Challenge integrates games through our day to day to make work fun.
