The company only pays minimum rate or less while operating in one of the most expensive cities in the U.S. My rate of pay is well bellow the national average.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A little structure would help the team grow but they need to be open to it. Also, the entire team lacks communication which makes work a little challenging at times.
