The people! We have such amazing and positive people at CIVIC. I believe it stems from our president, Bill Tessar who always comes from a winning and optimistic mindset. During COVID, he and the leadership team did such a great job keep morale high and protecting our people and company.

I strongly believe that we are a people-first company. We are treated fairly by our leaders. There are so many opportunities for growth. If I am not happy in a specific role, I know that I can speak with my manager about opportunities elsewhere within the company. Also, everyone is so friendly!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always finding ways to support one another. I love that if I feel super busy, I can easily reach out to a team member to ask for help and they will step in. Our team is also super creative and always looking for fun ways to make meetings fun and engaging.
