Being paid. Then being positioned properly in the market.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very responsive to any situation that occurs. Very accessible from the top down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
inflation mixed with rapidly rising rents/mortgage rates. The compensation WAS fair. Now its questionable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work very hard and are dedicated to our job. There isn't a bad apple in the crew.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The HR team has incentivized being a good human and employees are bought in which makes it real and not mandatory fun.
