I like that my team doesn't take things too seriously, knows how to laugh and encourages one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate their investment in grace. Leadership is gracious in their approach to helping you learn new things--never criticizing or undercutting the effort given.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel most happy when I am successful and learning new things-- when I have the respect of coworkers and I feel a part of the group.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't yet made commission as I'm new; however, I like the set up being a percentage of everything my AE brings to the table. It is a great motivator for me to help him excel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I respect most about Civic is its giving heart. Getting a chance to be a part of the Civic State of the Union gave me real insight about company values. I love that its core is giving. You can't expect to profit or gain humility without giving.
