Two years in, this is my favorite job I've ever had. I'm challenged and encouraged, and I work in support of a product and team I believe in. I feel lucky to have found Contentstack and look forward to what our future holds.

Working with my coworkers. We have a strong team and I feel very supported.

I'm in the Sales Organization, and I think the way our commissions are handled is very fair.

As someone in Sales, I like how my commission is set up. Every role has it differently, but I think it's fair and encourages collaboration.

I always look forward to in-person events to spend time with my coworkers. They are truly good people that I want to spend time with.

Any win for the company, small or large, is celebrated. I love seeing that happen and how we all rally together around those that made it happen.

Contentstack does a great job finding good people (shoutout People team). People are smart, enthusiastic, and well-balanced. I am always so excited to see my coworkers in person.

It's pretty simple: we hire good, kind people. When that's the baseline, your culture is good and kind. I always look forward to seeing my coworkers in person.

I love watching our company grow and sign on new customers. It's a team effort and I truly love when we get to congratulate each other on our good work.

I'm partly commission-based, and I like the balance between my baseline and commission. I'm never worried about not having enough to maintain my lifestyle but I am also motivated by the commission.

Our leadership at all levels is very accessible. They are clear about the organization's goals and its plan to achieve them. I think they make good decisions, even if some of those decisions are hard.

Our team is great at recognizing each other. Whenever we win a new customer, we do an excellent job congratulating all the people that were involved. That trickles into our day to day as well.

At a startup, you often run into ego-driven founder/leaders that want to grow at any cost. Not here. Our leaders make decisions that prioritize the longevity of the organization. They are wise, and I trust their judgment.

Because our leaders have been successful entrepreneurs before in other endeavors, I don't feel like we're a "fly by the seat of your pants" type of startup. The decisions they make are always focused on long-term growth and sustainability rather than short term gains.

We do a good job of seeing each other as people and not just coworkers. The people I work with regularly are kind and considerate towards each other. We're generous with assistance if a coworker is getting swamped with work. We celebrate each other.

Contentstack hires good people. I feel more connected to them than in any job I've had, which is crazy, considering we're fully remote. People are kind, competent, fun, and mission-driven. It's really special to have a team that gets the job done and that I enjoy being around.
