
Making a difference in the daily lives of my team. I love being able to make things run more smoothly and to make the jobs of my team less frustrating. Being able to fix chaos, run projects, and organize things makes me feel a sense of purpose.
Everyone is welcoming and excited to be here. Even the more quiet members of my team are genuinely nice people. I no longer dread meetings as I have in the past, as I haven't encountered a difficult coworker yet. My team cares about each other like a family.
They see and care about me as a person instead of just as a body or a number. When I started here people in leadership already knew my name and they welcomed me warmly. When I had something exciting happen in my personal life I received individual messages of congratulations from leadership.
I feel like I am already paid fairly - but having the extra money each month designated as a "cell phone and internet allowance" helps with the cost of working from home. This is a tiny perk with a large impact. It makes me feel like Contentstack actually values their WFH employees.
People here truly want me to succeed. I am trusted to do my job autonomously, but if I need help someone is always there. I feel like my voice actually matters instead of having it ignored like in the past. The people here are interested in me as a person and as a coworker/ employee.
