
Hey people more and don't make it a temporary pay increase that essentially gets taken away Don't have so many mandatory meetings that aren't necessarily conclusive to actually making more progress don't unnecessarily punish people who don't need to be punished and actually listen to your field work
Not being as money hungry and actually being team oriented and actually understanding who their managers are as well as getting to know their teams their pros their cons their strengths and weaknesses as well as sticking up for the managers when the managers and the people who work in the field.
