Communication is awesome they take pride and want to see everyone strive Succeed with the company at any time they will stop to help you understand anything that needed

He's all business at work

I cant say anything. My manager owns three stores and is in charge of all three. It's jusf her managing everything and doing drops.

My team is amazing to work for

the district manager is lazy, delegates his work to the workers (all still trainees) is never early or even on time. once again 3rd week and i have had constanr 6 day work weeks with almost no lunches off

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Offering better things for people who are already customers

Unhelpful and not really know stuff

Not being as money hungry and actually being team oriented and actually understanding who their managers are as well as getting to know their teams their pros their cons their strengths and weaknesses as well as sticking up for the managers when the managers and the people who work in the field.

Treating workers with more respect

Communication, team leading and helping out

Leadership needs to stop being irresponsible and act like adults

The current executive managers have not been nice to rheir employess working in Russellville, Alabama.

Needs to be professional. My manager was a 52 year old sociopath and she was so abusive. When I complained to HR they said I was the problem and the the manager has been with Att for 20 years and she is well protected.

They need to get better at communication and helping their employees succeed. There is no good training whatsoever. They don't care about their employees wellbeing. There is no help or encouragement from the managers. Rules are not consistent between the manager and employee.
