Needs to be professional. My manager was a 52 year old sociopath and she was so abusive. When I complained to HR they said I was the problem and the the manager has been with Att for 20 years and she is well protected.

They need to get better at communication and helping their employees succeed. There is no good training whatsoever. They don't care about their employees wellbeing. There is no help or encouragement from the managers. Rules are not consistent between the manager and employee.
