my co workers are good

Always new ideas and very sales driven.

It's new and up to date with today's lives

We all have the same goal.

We laugh a lot, hang around and get work done in a collaborative process

We always boost each other up and help walk one another through something if needed!

The cohesiveness amoung the community

Better management with less problems

Hey people more and don't make it a temporary pay increase that essentially gets taken away Don't have so many mandatory meetings that aren't necessarily conclusive to actually making more progress don't unnecessarily punish people who don't need to be punished and actually listen to your field work

More interaction maybe Zoom/Teams meetings with camera considering everything is virtual nowadays.

The manager and team !!! Throw em all away

Get people in charge that know what it is like on front line and dealing with ISEs that know how to do there jobs and actually support you instead of send you to voicemail or can't answer questions. And they will threaten you to your employer if you call them. Which is co employment violations.

Better upper management/higher up leaders. We are all just doing our best, the people sitting in the office complain and are angry at employees 24/7 but dont work store front.
