My experience has been great. I have only been here 6 month and already I have been promoted once. I have discussed with my manager my career path here at CSI and that makes me feel valuable.

This was my first job out of college, and I could see myself retiring here which is crazy. I think I hit the jackpot from the get-go. I've had hard days, but my team supports me and makes them better. Overall, great experience!

I like that they challenge us and push us to be better. But, they also know what is possible to accomplish and what is asking too much

They take time to get to know you personably. In every other company I have worked for, I have never had a 1 on 1 conversation with the C Suite, but here I have wich is rare.

We have an environment that positively pushes me to be my best. I'm not stuck in a box that is closed off to my specific job. I constantly have career progression conversations, and I have become better professionally.
